You may recognize this scuffed-up gent from such films as "Steamboat Willie" and his critically appraised one-man show "Give 'Em Hell Mickey". This was actually a series of toys in which you'd pull the string on the character's back and the top of their head would move as they'd spout off some scintillating conversation like this.
